Privacy Policy

ClinicalJudge™ ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it. In short: you can browse and download every guide without giving us anything, and the only personal information we collect is an email address you choose to give us.

What we collect

• Email address — only if you submit one of our signup forms (the weekly case study or the Premium waitlist). We also store a short label for which form you used (for example "hub-top" or "pro-waitlist") so we know what you signed up for.
• Basic, anonymous usage analytics — we use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which are privacy-friendly, do not use tracking cookies, and do not collect personally identifiable information.

We do not require an account, and we do not collect names, passwords, or payment information on this site. Downloading a PDF requires no information at all.

How we use it

We use your email only to send what you asked for — the weekly clinical judgment case study, new guide announcements, and (if you joined the waitlist) news about ClinicalJudge™ Premium. We use anonymous analytics to understand which content is helpful and to keep the site fast.

Service providers

We use a third-party email service provider to store our subscriber list and deliver emails, and Vercel to host the site and provide anonymous analytics. These providers process data only to provide their service to us. We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the footer of any email we send, or by emailing hello@clinicaljudgern.com to ask us to remove your data.

Children

This site is intended for nursing students and adults. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
